Was waiting in the queue today when I saw a usher took a scolding from a guest(like anyone of us). It was obviously the guest was driven mad by the long waiting time in the queue and vent her frustrations on the poor usher.

I'm very impressed by the professionalism of the usher. She took the scolding with a continued smile!
